The call transferring feature allows you to bring other team members to your call while it’s in progress and even transfer the call to them allowing you to hop off the call.
How does it work?
This feature uses a conference refractor. You do not need to enable anything to use this feature.

Click the transfer icon in order to transfer a call (blue button)
2. Type in or paste in the phone number that you wish to transfer the call to:
3. If the 3rd person has picked up the call, you will now be in a three-way call with your original recipient of the call and your new transferee
4. To leave the call click "Leave Call" and the other two parties will continue to be on the call.
