Changing the Email on your Groove Account

 

  1. Log out of your Groove account via this signout link here.

  2. Please ensure that you are temporarily logged into your new Email account within your browser and not logged into the old Email account for the sake of the transfer.

  3. Attempt to log into Groove again here, and when prompted, connect to your new email address.

  4. You should then be taken to a new page that alerts you that your Salesforce account is currently in use with another email address. Select the option to "File a support case to migrate all data to (new email)," then hit "Go":

    Note: nothing will happen when you hit "Go" on your end. However, the request will be sent to our database, where we can finalize the transfer.
