Omnibar for G-Suite
This article describes how G-Suite users can use Omnibar within their inboxes and calendars.
Add Contacts to Salesforce
Hover over any email or open a calendar event and the prospect's record will appear in Omnibar if they exist in Salesforce. If no Salesforce record exists, you'll see a "+ Add Contact" button in the Omnibar (check out the Calendar screenshot below to see this).

At the top of the Omnibar, you can also click:
-
Related Records: To open related records to view accounts, opportunities, or custom objects related to the person you're emailing.
-
All Recipients: To switch between multiple prospects on a thread or view Related Records.
Omnibar Prospecting and Prep Tips
Before sending an email or jumping on a meeting, use Omnibar to:
-
Check the activity history for the contact and account to make sure you are up-to-date on recent engagements and any account status changes
-
Check out opportunity notes to make sure you get brought up to speed on deal stages
-
Add to flow: You can add leads or prospects directly to a flow from the Omnibar to follow up with.
-
Create an action: Create a one-off action outside of your flows to engage with your prospects
-

Omnibar in Google Calendar
When you're viewing your Google calendar, prepping for a meeting, or inviting prospects/clients to a meeting, you can have all of the Salesforce/LinkedIn context available to you with the Omnibar by hovering over a prospect the same way as Gmail above.
If no Salesforce record exists, you can easily add one from Omnibar (right side):
