Consolidated Views for Forecast
Note: For access to this feature, reach out to your Clari Account Manager.
Working on top of Enterprise Management, Consolidated Views for Forecast enables the creation of a Consolidated Forecast, pulling together data across the customers' various SFDC/Clari orgs. This creates a single Consolidated Forecast that combines data across multiple SFDC/Clari orgs.

Use Cases
While there are several reasons why a company may have multiple SFDC instances, the most popular reason is due to mergers & acquisitions. As companies acquire other companies, each of the individual subsidiaries will have their own SFDC instances.
For example, if SubsidiaryA and SubsidiaryB have separate Forecasts that roll up to the global level separately from one another, we support the ability to combine those global level forecasts together into a single Consolidated Forecast.
How To Use Consolidated Forecast
1. To access the Consolidated Forecast, click on the org picker at the top left of the screen and choose All forecasts:

2. From here, you can access all of your Consolidated Forecast tabs at the top left. The top row is the All row, which aggregates details from each of the subsidiaries as defined by the Consolidated Forecast template.

Note: None of the values are editable in this view. The aggregated rollups to the All row are read-only, and each of the values pulled from the subsidiaries' Forecasts are also read-only from this view.
3. Click on any cells from a subsidiary to load the details from that subsidiary’s Forecast on the right panel.

4. Hover over the info icon at the top of the right panel for details on where the data for this cell are comes from. Click on the button in the hovertip to go directly to that cell inside of the subsidiary’s Forecast, where you can see more details and make changes to the forecast if necessary.
