Enterprise Management Overview
Clari defines "Enterprise" as a set of active orgs that are grouped and linked together.
Enterprise Management allows you to group orgs into an Enterprise and link users across the Enterprise to seamlessly switch between the orgs. With this capability, key revenue leaders have a single login and can view all their revenue data in one place.
Use Cases
As a CRO or Sales Leader with a single account, I can access multiple orgs within my enterprise so that I can view revenue data without leaving one platform.
As a CRO or Sales Leader with several accounts, I can unify them under one and access all of my orgs within my enterprise without re-authenticating several times.
How To Set Up Enterprise Management
Pre-requisites
1. Each active customer org must have an active Clari org that is connected to an active SFDC instance for it to be added to an Enterprise. There are no limits to the number of orgs within an Enterprise.
2. Each org that wishes to join the Enterprise must have a DSC (designated support contact).
3. Each Enterprise is required to have at least one active Enterprise Admin, which gets set at the time of Enterprise creation. There are no limits to the number of Enterprise Admins.
4. Users who wish to have the switching experience in Clari must have an SFDC account within each org to connect.
Clari Admin Set Up
An Admin can follow these steps. First, reach out to your CSM to enable Enterprise Management. Once it's enabled, you'll get a confirmation email and can follow the steps below.
1. Log into Clari Studio under one of your Enterprise accounts. You'll see new options:
-
New actions available - “Connect user accounts” and “Disconnect user accounts” which allow you to link user accounts across orgs in the Enterprise.
-
New column group and column - There will be a column group called “Enterprise Access” with the column “Organization Access” for orgs within an Enterprise. Once a user account is linked, this column will populate with the list of Orgs that this user has access to.
-
Org Selector within User Management - Once an Enterprise Admin user has been linked to another user account, the Org Selector experience will appear within Studio.

You can also see Enterprise Access in a column to grant users permissions for this feature:

2. To link more accounts:
Select a single user (bulk changes not supported) then click on the Actions dropdown and finally Connect user accounts. A modal will display all the existing “Links” that have been set up for this user. Click add another to setup an additional linking.
Select the Business Unit (or “org”) that you want this user to access. Based on the org selected, the Selected User dropdown will populate with all users in that org. Select a User from this org that you want to “Link” the user to.
Then click Link.

3. After you click Link, you'll see a success notification:

This means:
-
The User Management column should update with the name of the connected org.
-
The user accounts are now connected, meaning the user can switch orgs.
-
The user will be sent an email informing them of the linked accounts
The user email looks like this:

And that's it!
