How To Configure Graph API based Team Linking for Exchange
This article will guide you through the setup of Graph API for Exchange. Microsoft Graph has a more fine-grained permissions schema compared to EWS (more on Graph's scopes below).
Note: The move to Microsoft Graph will not affect existing Clari users.
Follow these steps
A Clari Admin can complete these steps.
-
Please complete this set of instructions and make sure you include reps within the Exchange Group for the Clari team to test.
-
Once you have completed the integration, please reach out to your Professional Services Team. They will work to configure the integration in the backend and will confirm whether it has been set up properly. Please allot a minimum of 1 week to ensure the configuration is correct and to allow for troubleshooting if needed.
-
For future users, please be sure to add them into the Exchange Group that has been created so that Clari can index the activity into the platform.
