Two Sales Ops users could have visibility into different opportunities for 2 reasons:
1. You are in different branches of your Salesforce Hierarchy. For example, you reside in an Admin branch, while another Sales Ops user resides in the Sales branch. By default, each user can only see opportunities in their branch and below it. If the Sales branch resides underneath the Admin branch, then you can see everything below the Admin branch, including the Sales branch, but the other Sales Ops user cannot see anything above the Sales branch. One option is to move the other Sales Ops user to the same branch in the Salesforce hierarchy as you.
2. Alternatively, you might have Global View enabled in Clari while the other user does not. Global View allows a user to see all opportunities regardless of the branch they reside in for all modules except Forecasting. To enable Global View, go to Clari Studio > User Management > double-click on the Global View column for the user that you want to enable it for.
