The Salesloft Chrome Extension, also known as Salesloft Connect, is a plug-in that extends your sales engagement beyond the Salesloft platform. The extension brings Salesloft’s features into your Google Chrome Browser, Gmail, and CRM to improve your sales process.

Install the Salesloft Chrome Extension Instructions
The Salesloft Chrome Extension must be installed from the Chrome Store before you can take advantage of all its awesome capabilities. The extension is a totally free add-in.
Download the extension by following these steps:
- Access the Chrome Web Store: You can access the Salesloft Chrome Extension through several methods:
- Click the link here and add the extension.
- A notification bar will appear at the top of the Salesloft browser window prompting you to download the extension.
- Go to Your Personal Settings in Salesloft by clicking your name in the upper right corner and selecting Settings from the menu. Once you’ve accessed the Settings page, go to the Downloads tab. There you will see the option for the Salesloft Chrome Extension. Click Install Chrome Extension. The Chrome Web Store will open in another window, where you can complete the install.
- Add to Chrome: Once you are on the Salesloft Chrome Extension page in the Chrome Web Store, click the Add to Chrome button.
- Confirm Installation: A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to install the Salesloft Chrome Extension. Click Add extension.
- Verify Installation: Once installed, you should see the Salesloft logo (the Connect icon) in your Chrome Extensions bar (usually in the upper right corner of your browser).
- Pin Salesloft Connect to the Taskbar: Pinning the Salesloft Connect extension to your Chrome toolbar provides quick access to its features from any webpage. To pin the extension, open the Extensions Menu by clicking the puzzle icon in the upper right corner of your Google Chrome browser. Then, locate Salesloft Connect and click the pin icon next to it.
- Sign into Salesloft to Authorize the Extension: Establish a secure connection between your Chrome browser and your Salesloft account by clicking the Extension Icon and selecting Sign In. If you are not already logged into Salesloft, you may need to enter your credentials. When you click Log In, an "Authorization" window will appear. Review the requested permissions and click Authorize to allow the connection between Chrome and Salesloft.
- Review Your Extension Settings: Customize your extension settings to tailor it to your specific needs. Click the pinned Salesloft icon in your Chrome browser to open the menu. Then click Settings. This will open a new tab with the extension settings. On the left-side tab, you can navigate through the following settings:
- General: Configure basic extension preferences.
- Notifications: Manage the types of notifications you receive from the extension.
- Application Settings: Adjust settings related to specific applications like Gmail and Salesforce.

Uninstall the Salesloft Chrome Extension Instructions
The reinstall method will clear out any saved data by the extension. This may be necessary in some cases.
To uninstall the extension, follow these steps:
- Access the Extension Manager: Right-click on the Salesloft icon in your Chrome Extensions bar.
- Select Remove from Chrome: From the context menu, select Remove from Chrome.
- Confirm Removal: A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Remove to uninstall the extension.
- Reload Open Tabs: After uninstalling, reload any open Gmail, Salesforce, or Salesloft tabs to ensure the changes are reflected.
- Reinstall (Optional): To reinstall the extension, you can either click here or go to the Downloads tab in your Salesloft Settings and click Install Chrome Extension. Reinstalling will clear any saved data by the extension.
