The Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension brings Salesloft's core functionality into the tools you already work in — your CRM, your Gmail inbox, and your browser — so you can take action without switching tabs or apps. The extension puts cadence management, dialing, contact data, deal context, live engagement signals, and AI-powered assistance directly where reps are already working, reducing the need to context-switch. It's designed primarily for sales reps handling daily outreach and engagement tasks, though admins may need to configure certain settings in the main Salesloft platform to support the extension's functionality.
Once installed, the extension surfaces automatically inside Gmail and your CRM, and is accessible from most browser tabs via the Side Panel.
In this article:
Users: To install the extension and get set up, download the Extension from the Chrome Web Store.
Admins may need to manage settings within Salesloft (e.g., email configurations, Dialer settings, required fields for Person creation) that impact the extension's functionality. Refer to Admin guides if needed.
All Salesloft users have access to the Salesloft Chrome Extension by downloading the extension in the Chrome Browser.
The following functionality applies to the default Salesloft roles:
- Admin: Configure team settings, field configuration, email and dialer settings in the main Salesloft platform that govern extension behavior; install and manage the extension for their organization
- User: Access all extension features available on their plan directly from Gmail, Salesforce, and the browser Side Panel
