Dashboards on Mobile
Overview
Clari users have access to their critical dashboards on the go, no matter where they are. As a sales leader, you can see how the current quarter is playing out or access key metrics about your business when you're waiting in line or boarding a flight.
Currently, users can view KPI Widgets, Flow Widgets, and Pulse Widgets in their Dashboards on Clari Mobile.
Pinning a Dashboard to the Mobile Home Screen
Clari Mobile's "home screen" is Dashboards. 😜
By default, the Dashboard that you accessed the most recently on Clari Web or Clari Mobile will be displayed on the home screen.
Tap the pin icon to pin a Dashboard to your home screen. If you pin a Dashboard, it'll show on your home screen every time you open Clari Mobile (instead of your most recent Dashboard).
You can tap the pin icon again and choose a different Dashboard to pin to your home screen at any time.
Navigating Dashboards in Clari Mobile
In Dashboards, you can scroll to see Widgets in your Dashboard. This way, you can glance quickly at changes—without drilling into Dashboard Details view. And, if you want more details, you can tap a dashboard to view more.
There are 3 supported Dashboard Widgets: KPIs, Flow, and Pulse.
KPI Widgets
KPI Widgets function just like they do on Clari Web. You'll see these widgets the way they were configured in the Dashboard.
Flow Widgets
Flow Widgets function just like they do on Clari Web. You'll see these widgets the way they were configured in the Dashboard.
Pulse Widgets
There are some differences between the Pulse Widget in Clari Web and Clari Mobile—to make sure you're seeing the most relevant information suited to a phone screen:
- Breakdown fields (i.e., forecast categories, stages) are grouped into a single Open Pipeline group instead of displayed as segmented individual bars.
- Default view shows KPIs above the chart.
- Dragging across the chart will reveal the projection range, forecast call(s), and closed amount.
