Flow Widget
The Flow Widget makes it easy to see a summary of key changes to your business within your Dashboards. In the Widget, you can click on a category to focus on that bucket.
For example, if you have a Widget for slipped deals from last quarter — you might click BEST CASE (see below) to see those specific deals.
You can view a longer list of those deals (plus more deal details) by clicking the Expand Details button at the bottom right of the Widget.

How to Pin a Flow Widget
1. In the top nav click Analyze > Flow to go to the Flow module
2. Make the Flow you want
3. In the top right, click "Add to dashboard"
4. Follow prompts to select the buckets you want in the Widget and click Next.

Follow the rest of the prompts and finally, click Save.
Note: If you want to rename your Flow Widget later, simply click the ellipsis icon in the upper right of the Widget, and select the "Rename Widget" option.
How Flow Settings are Applied to the Widget
The following settings will be applied based on your current selections in Flow:
- Scope: If you pin a Flow Widget to a Dashboard that is shared with other Roles, then your selected Scope will be overridden by individual user's Scope according to their role so that each individual gets the correct visibility.
- Close Date Range (e.g. opportunities closing this quarter)
- Time Period (e.g. changes this week)
- Any additional Filters you have applied
- Any additional Chart Settings you have applied (i.e. you selected an Amount Field)
To avoid confusion about how deals are moving, you can only select multiple start states OR multiple end states. So you can see what has moved from only Commit to Won OR Lost OR Slipped, or you can see what has moved from Commit OR Best Case OR Pipeline to only Slipped.
For example, if you wanted to see any changes to both Best Case and Commit deals, on the other hand, you would need to create 1 Flow Widget for Best Case deals that moved to all end states and 1 Flow Widget for Commit deals that moved to all end states.
