Issue: When looking at Pulse or Trend, it shows two Closed checkboxes whereas in general scenarios it is just one checkbox.

Root Cause: If you are seeing two checkboxes in Pulse or Trend, it means there were deals in a Closed forecast category, but the stage for the deals was not set to a closed-won stage.

Solution: Change the stage of the deals to Closed-Won if the forecast category is set to Closed. It would still show two closed boxes for the past date range as the data was snapshotted at that time but going forward it will have only one Closed checkbox.
