Deal Status Filter

The Deal Status field is a custom Clari field that works differently than a standard field such as a Picklist. When used as a filter or grouping option, the Deal Status field contains advanced logic which takes into account both the isClosed and isWon field's values of Opportunities within your Salesforce organization.

Here is a breakdown of the three values available and how they are determined:

Open - isClosed = false
Closed-Lost - isClosed = true and isWon = false
Closed-Won - isClosed = true and isWon = true

In some instances, you may see Closed Lost deals show when filtering on the Closed-Won value from the Deal Status field. In this case, we recommend checking the isWon value of the Closed Lost Opportunities and ensuring that the isWon field is being set correctly.
