Buyer Editing Permissions in MAPs
Overview
Clari MAPs (Mutual Action Plan) allow buying and selling teams to collaborate and stay updated on shared goals—and move deals from start to close. Learn more about MAPs here.
With buyer editing permissions, buyers can now edit and create milestones and actions in MAPs, so they're true collaborators and co-creators in the plan and can make sure it properly reflects their buying process.
Any existing or new plans shared with your buyers will now have the mutual ability to update milestone dates, create milestones, and add and remove action items. Buyers cannot delete seller-created milestones or remove library resources but can delete their buyer-created milestones.
Use Cases
BuyerAs a buyer, I want to be able to create and edit milestones to ensure the plan reflects my company's buying process—and capture any additional steps that are missing in the process.
RepAs a rep, I want buyers to feel empowered as co-owners of the plan that will edit, create, and engage in milestones and actions in the plan.
ManagerAs a manager, I want to promote as many avenues as possible for buyer engagement and eliminate any obstacles that could keep buyers from interacting. I want to use those buyer signals as part of the inspection during deal reviews.
