Overview
Sharing puts the “M” in MAP — it's a mutual action plan, after all. 😊
Customer Success and Sales can easily share access to MAPs and, the customer can do the same. There are 2 ways to share a MAP
1. Send a shareable link or—
2. Create a PDF version of the MAP to share as a doc.
Shareable Link
The easiest way to share a MAP is to send a shareable link to your buyers. 🔗
MAP members are automatically created through a domain list. You just add your buyer's domain to the list—and people with emails at that domain can automatically join your MAP. You can add multiple domains if you need to.
Note: Shareable links expire after 72 hours—so make sure your contacts accept the MAP quickly. 👍
Here's how to send a shareable link if you haven't set one up for your MAP yet.
1. Go to the MAP you want to share.
2. Click the blue Add People button in the top-right corner.
3. Click Set Up Shareable Link.
4. Add the buyer's domain(s) to the list.

Here's how to send a shareable link if you (or a coworker) set one up already.
1. Go to the MAP you want to share.
2. Click the menu
in the top-right corner.
3. Click Edit MAP Details.
4. Add the buyer's domain(s) just like in the image above.
MAP to PDF
Another way to share your MAP is by turning your MAP into a PDF document. Select the Library button on your MAP and then Export this MAP as PDF.
This makes your MAP a PDF that you can share with additional stakeholders. Use it as your agenda for your next meeting or as output to summarize the next steps of a meeting.
If you share a MAP with the customer, they can export the MAP to PDF as well.
