Host a Rollout Readiness Call

Overview

Before you implement MAPs across your organization, you need to pressure-test your template and have a rollout plan ready.

Pressure test your MAP Template

Show a MAP example to a friendly customer & ask “would this have made it easier to buy?”
Have a group of trusted reps and managers run MAPs on some real deals for a few weeks
Capture feedback on any friction points buyers (and sellers) experienced

Implementation considerations

What size / kind deal should get a MAP?
When should reps introduce the MAP?
How do we get buyers engaged?

Change management considerations

Find your champion reps & managers to advocate for Align / MAPs internally
Get your front line sales managers onboard to use MAPs in deal inspection
Agree on ongoing seller activation strategy to drive adoption & usage
