Clari Product Resource Center
Overview
The Clari Product Resource Center offers in-app walkthroughs to help you learn key workflows and discover new use cases to get immediate value from Clari and direct you to further learning. This allows new users to quickly understand where they should navigate in Clari to get the insights they need. Additionally, the Resource Center allows users to learn more about upcoming events and the latest product releases.
Navigating to the Product Resource Center
To find the product resource center, you will first navigate to the top-right corner of your Clari screen and click the (?) Help Menu. Next, select Product Resources. After clicking the Product Resources option, the Product Resources center will appear for you on the bottom-right-hand side of your Clari interface.

Your experience in the Product Resource Center will be based on your access and the module you are currently in. Below is an overview of the different features available for users in the resource center.
Questions to Ask Clari
Available across Clari Web App modules to anyone with access to Analyze modules
This section is designed for users who are not sure where to start to answer their revenue critical questions. This section contains a list of questions that can be answered using Clari data. Clicking on any question will showcase a video workflow overview by a user and an option to Try it yourself. Try it yourself will start a guided walkthrough of which module to navigate to and how to follow this workflow in your environment.
"I Want To..."
Available across Clari Web App Inspect, Analyze, and Studio modules
The "I Want To..." section varies depending on the module you are in. Here you will find short guides to help you get started in the module. For example, in Opportunities you will see guides on how to update deals, customize views, and visualize your business, while in Clari Studio's Field Config (Advanced Admins only), you will see guides on how to add, edit, and delete fields from your Clari instance. These continue to evolve as we receive requests from customers on key use cases.
Upcoming Events
Available across all Clari Web modules to all user types
The “Upcoming Events” section offers a list of upcoming events, webinars, and user groups for users to register. Registration links are included for each event listed.
Product Announcements
Available across all Clari Web modules to all user types
The "Announcements" section showcases the latest product release notes for the month. Each feature will have a link to learn more about the details of that month's release.
