Send SalesLoft Extension Email from Clari Insights Panel

Send emails through the SalesLoft extension from the Relationships Tab in the Insights Panel. 

Compose an email and hit the SalesLoft (SL) extension from the Relationships Tab. 

There are a few ways to write emails through the SL extension:

1. Inspect > Opportunity > Insights Panel > Relationships tab 

2. Inspect > Accounts > Insights Panel > Relationships tab 

3. Forecast > Opportunities > Relationships tab

Admin Setup

Your Clari org must have Activities enabled, on RevDB, and have access to the Accounts module > Account or Opps. This is also needed for the feature to be available in the Forecast Module.

How To Write SalesLoft Emails from Clari

Go to Inspect or Forecast and open the Relationships tab: 

Click Email which opens the SalesLoft extension. Select the type of email and hit send: 

Note: If the contact you want to send an email to doesn't exist, you'll get a pop-up message saying "No Record Found."
