Instantly search across all Clari products and applications.

Note: Your org must be on RevDB for this experience, and otherwise you'll see the existing search.

Using Search

Open search and type your query. You'll get results across all searchable Clari objects. Use filters to narrow down the search results.

1. Facet Filters: can be used to filter results to filter out everything but the selected object

2. Recent: shows the three most recent searches the signed user has made

1. Accounts → because this is a SFDC search, we don’t have instant results and thus have to ask the user to specify they want to find accounts

2. Opportunities → because this is a SFDC search, we don’t have instant results and thus have to ask the user to specify they want to find opportunities

3. Views → shows results from all modules of matching views based on title

4. Dashboards → shows all matching dashboards

Cross-Product Search

Search for objects that exist outside of the Core Clari app experience and includes Copilot Calls and Align Workspaces. Input a search query and click on the results in the Calls or Workspaces sections to be taken to those applications and view the content:

Users with Align search enabled will be able to search Workspaces and will see a facet filter for Workspaces:

Keyboard Shortcuts

There are several keyboard shortcuts available on Mac and Windows to access and navigate the improved search bar.

MacOS

• cmd + k to open search bar

• delete to back out of a particular section (eg - show all Saved Views)

• Arrow keys to navigate different search results

• Return to select a search result

Windows

• ctrl + k to open search bar

• backspace to back out of a particular section (eg - show all Saved Views)

• Arrow keys to navigate different search results

• Enter to select a search result
