Insights Widget with Pinned Saved Views and Clari AI Agents
Users can select their favorite Inspect Saved Views to pin to the homepage so they can always have a prioritized list of deals to keep in mind.
If the customer org has AI Agents enabled, the user can choose Saved Views that have been enriched with Clari’s AI Agents - the Deal Inspection Agent and the Trend Analysis Agent.
-
The Deal Inspection Agent measures how well your deal is doing against stage progression and your org’s sales methodology
-
The Trend Analysis Agent checks if your deal has any similar risks to previous deals, and recommends actions to mitigate the risk based on historical success.
From Insights, you can click View in Inspect at the top to go right to the Inspect Module:

Or, click on a deal for details:

To change the saved view under the Insights Tab, click the menu (...) at the top right of the tab. Then, select or search for a different view:

Additional Entitlement Required
No. If you only want to pin regular, non-Agent Saved Views, you do not need an additional entitlement.
For the AI Agents:
-
To use either Agent, you must be on RevDB.
-
If you want to use Deal Inspection Agent, make sure your org is on RevDB (confirm with your Clari CSM). No additional entitlement needed.
-
If you want to use Trend Analysis Agent, you must also have purchased either Connected Inbox or Copilot. Copilot will enable the best agent output.
Setup Required
-
There is no setup required to pin regular, non-Agent Saved Views
-
If you also want to use Clari’s AI Agents to inspect your Saved Views, please inform your CSM. You will need to be on RevDB to use Clari AI Agents, and complete the AI Agent setup process. Please check the FAQs section to learn more about what is needed to enable Clari AI Agents.
Actions (Groove only)
Users have a list of their assigned Groove actions for that week so that they keep up with prospecting and follow-ups across their accounts.
In future iterations, this will include additional actions across the Clari platform (Copilot, Align, Cadences, Opportunity, Forecast, etc.).
To see Actions, click the Actions Tab next to Insights. Click on an Action and it will immediately open in Groove, ready to execute:

Additional Entitlement Required
Yes: Admin, your org must have a Groove license in order to enable the Actions tab. If your org did not purchase Groove, the Actions Tab will not show.
Setup Required
None. If an org has purchased Groove, and the user has a Groove license, the Actions tab will automatically show up with the Actions list.
Activity Feed
Activity Feed visualizes your activities so you get a sense of what you've done and what your contacts have done since they last signed into Clari. If you don't see Activity Feed to the right side, just scroll down.
Filter by activity types to focus on emails or calls:

Additional Entitlement Required
Yes: Admin, your org must purchase Connected Inbox to surface activity in the Activity Feed. You must also ensure your org is on RevDB. Please confirm that your org is on RevDB with your Clari CSM.
Setup Required
None. If your org has purchased Connected Inbox and your activity is already connected, activity will automatically show up.
If your Activity was not previously connected, you need to connect your Activity inbox. If you see a message that says “Quiet for now,” this means that you need to connect your activity in user preferences:
-
Navigate to your initials in the top right corner and click Preferences
- Turn on the toggle for Share my activity:

3. Then, scroll down to Integrations and make sure your email (either Gmail or Exchange) is connected:
