Saved Views are sets of filtered criteria you can save for certain pages within Salesloft.
Many Salesloft pages contain lists of items – the People Page, the Accounts page, the Calls page. Filtering and sorting these lists allows you to see specific records, like Accounts in a specific area or Calls with a certain Disposition.
While you can filter your lists at any time, you may find that there are certain filters you use time and time again. For those instances, you can use Saved Views.
In this article, you will learn how to save, select, and manage your Saved Views in Salesloft. This article includes:

To set up a default view, follow these steps:
- Open the Saved View Drop Down: From the page, select the Saved View dropdown in the upper left corner of the page.
- Located the desired Saved View: In the dropdown, you will see a list of all of your saved views. Hover over a saved view option to see available actions.
- Open the Edit List: Click the pencil icon to edit the list. The view name will appear as a text field again.
- For the Conversations Recordings tab, click the star icon to set the view as the default. Skip to step 5.
- Set as Default: Select the Set as Default checkbox.
