Platform Notifications provide a centralized, in-app notification center that proactively alerts you to critical system health issues—such as CRM sync failures and disconnected integrations—so you can resolve problems before they impact revenue.
Notifications can be viewed in the Notifications (bell icon) panel under the Platform tab. If you select View all notifications you will land on the designated notifications page.
In this article, you will learn how to navigate the Notification Center and resolve system alerts. This article includes:
Before you use platform notifcation alerts, there are some important things you should know:
- You must be an active user on the platform.

Platform notifications alert you of important status changes inside Salesloft that could impact your workflow. If and when an event occurs, such as your CRM disconnecting, that event will trigger the notification.
When an event occurs, take the following steps to view and resolve the notification, so you can quickly resume your activities:
- Identify New Alerts: When a critical event occurs (such as a CRM or Calendar disconnect), a dot will appear on the Notifications icon in your top navigation bar.
- Access the Platform Tab: Click the Notifications icon (bell icon in the top navigation bar) to open the panel. Select the new Platform tab, located alongside "Live Feed" and "Sync," to view specific system health alerts.
- Resolve the Issue: Review your high-urgency alerts. Click on a specific notification (e.g., "CRM Disconnected") to be deep-linked directly to the settings page required to fix the issue, such as the CRM Settings page for re-authentication. For example, if your conferencing app disconnects, clicking the alert will take you directly to your integration settings to reconnect.

- You can manually mark notifications as read or unread to track which issues you have acknowledged.
- Alerts are historical records of the event occurring and may need to be manually marked as read/acknowledged in the UI if the system doesn't auto-clear them immediately upon fix.
- You can search and filter notifications via the associated Search field and Filter button located at the top of the notification side panel.
- This feature does not replace the "Live Feed." Buyer engagement signals (like email opens) remain in the Live Feed, while the Platform tab is dedicated strictly to system health.
- Salesloft will keep a 30 day history of all notifications. You can view archived notifications from the Notifications side panel Platform tab by clicking View Archived.
- Decide which alerts you care about most within the notification management settings.
- Regularly check the Platform tab to ensure your CRM, Calendar, and Conferencing apps remain connected.
