The Genesys Dialer Integration eliminates the need for switching back and forth between platforms and allows you to access the Genesys call pad anywhere you make calls in Salesloft.

Before You Connect Your Genesys Account to Salesloft

• To connect a Gensys Account to your Salesloft instance, you must: 
  
  • Have a Salesloft account.
  • Have a Genesys account.
• An admin can install and configure the Genesys Dialer Integration for your entire team. Once the integration is installed and configured, you can connect your Genesys account to Salesloft and get back to dialing!
• To make Genesys calls from the Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension, you will need to Download the Salesloft Chrome Extension.
• The call will be entirely managed within the Genesys infrastructure, with the Salesloft call log notes being used for logging calls.
• Your outbound caller ID is determined by what is set in your Genesys settings.
• The Genesys account you connect to Salesloft must be the web version of Genesys, not the desktop version.

Connect Your Genesys Account to Salesloft Instructions

To connect your Genesys account to Salesloft, follow these steps:

1. Go to Call Settings: In Salesloft, navigate to your personal settings. Select "Calls" under the Personal category.
2. Connect Your Genesys Account: Locate the Genesys tile and click "Connect." You will be redirected to the Genesys login page.
3. Enter Genesys Credentials: Enter your Genesys username and password. Once authenticated, you will be redirected back to your Salesloft Call settings.
4. Verify Connection: In your Salesloft Call settings, check the Genesys tile for two green checkmarks. One confirms your Genesys Cloud account is connected and displays your Genesys email address. The other confirms that Genesys is configured as your dialer in Salesloft.
