Salesloft’s Zoom Phone Dialer Integration allows you to make Zoom Phone calls from Salesloft. This integration replaces the native Salesloft Dialer with a Zoom Phone interface, so, whenever you initiate a call inside Salesloft, a Zoom Phone calling interface will appear. This integration also syncs call data between both platforms, ensuring records stay up to date.
In this article, you will learn how to connect your Zoom Phone account to Salesloft. This article includes:
- Before you connect your Zoom Phone account to Salesloft, an admin must enable the Zoom Phone Dialer Integration for your team. Enabling this integration allows admins to authorize your team’s use of the integration.
- Once enabled, each user will also need to connect their Zoom Phone account to Salesloft. Connecting the Zoom Phone account to Salesloft allows call data to be shared between the two platforms.
To connect your Zoom Phone account to Salesloft, follow these steps:
- Go to your Calls settings: Navigate to your Personal Calls settings by going to the Settings and selecting Calls on the lefthand menu panel.
- Click Connect inside the Zoom Phone tile: Find the Zoom Phone tile, then click Connect. You will be directed to Zoom.
- Sign in to your Zoom Phone account: You will be directed back to your personal Call settings in Salesloft.
- Things to Note: The Zoom Phone account that you sign in to will be the account connected to Salesloft. This means that data from Zoom Phone calls that take place inside Salesloft, will be shared with this Zoom Phone account.
- Confirm: From your Salesloft Personal Call settings, you should see a green checkmark in the Zoom Phone tile.

- When you enable the Zoom Phone Dialer Integration, you will also be able to make Zoom Phone calls from the Salesloft Connect Chrome Extension. Zoom Phone calls will be entirely managed within the Zoom Phone infrastructure, with the Salesloft call log notes being used for logging calls.
- Your outbound caller ID is determined by what is set in your Zoom Phone settings.
