Pulse Export
The Clari Analytics Modules offer lots of critical insights into your business. But we know that a spreadsheet allows your company manipulate data in ways that are unique to your business or that require more data than is available in the Clari UI.
In Pulse, you can access a detailed export of the data via the Actions dropdown menu.
1. In the top-right corner, click Actions > Export
2. Then, choose from two exports available: CRM and Projection.

Pulse CRM Export
The CRM export contains the last 8 quarters of historical CRM data, not including the current quarter. Including:
- Historical CRM pipeline snapshots
- Daily conversion rates by forecast category or stage
Pulse Projection Export
The Projection export includes data from the past 4 quarters, including the current quarter. Including:
- Clari's projection
- Clari's projection range
- Historical projection conversion rates

| Column | Definition |
| Date | Historical snapshot date. |
| EOQ Closed $ |

Example: If the Date is Jan 13, which is in Q1, this field will indicate the final closed amount for Q1.
|
| EOQ Closed # | Similar to EOQ Closed $ but with the deal count rather than the currency value. |
| Closed As Of Date $ | Amount closed for the given quarter as of that Date. |
| Closed As Of Date # | Similar to Closed as of Date $ but with the deal count rather than the currency value. |
| {Category} As Of Date $ | Amount of pipeline for the given category and quarter as of that Date. |
| {Category} Converted by EOQ $ |
Amount closed between Date and end of quarter for that given category.
Example: If 5 deals worth $500k were in Commit on Date and eventually closed for that specific quarter, this field would show $500k.
|
| {Category} Converted by EOQ % |
Amount converted between Date and end of quarter for that given category.
Example: If 10 deals were in Commit on Date for that quarter worth a total of $2M and only 5 closed with a date in that quarter worth a total of $500k, this field would show 25% (or 0.25).
|
| {Category} As Of Date # | Similar to {Category} as of Date $, but with the deal count rather than the currency value. |
| {Category} Converted by EOQ # | Similar to {Category} Converted by EOQ $ but with the deal count rather than the currency value. |
| {Category} Count Converted by EOQ % | Similar to {Category} by EOQ % but with the deal count rather than the currency value. In the same example as above, the conversion rate here would be 50% rather than 25%. |
| Actual New Closed $ | Amount of "New" business created, pulled in or pushed in between Date and end of quarter. |
| Actual New Closed # | Similar to New by EOQ $ but with the deal count rather than the currency value. |
Projection Export

| Projection $ |

| Closed As Of Date $ | Amount closed for the given quarter as of that Date. |
| Closed As Of Date $ Actual |
The amount of closed on Date that was still closed for the quarter at the time of the export.
As a general rule of thumb, Closed as of Date $ and Closed of Date $ Actual should not differ. If they do, this indicates that deals that were considered closed on Date were moved after the fact or that the currency value of some of those deals changed after the deal closing.
|
| Closed Converted by EOQ $ |
Ratio of Closed as of Date $ Actual to Closed as of Date $.
Typically this number should be 1. Cf. note in Closed as of Date $ Actual for explanation as to why it could be lower than 1.

| Projected New Closed $ | Project closed amount by EOQ from New, Pulled In or Pushed In deals. |

| {Category} Converted by EOQ $ | The amount of {Category} as of Date $ that converted by end of quarter. |
| Projected {Category} by EOQ $ | Projected closed amount by EOQ from {Category}. |
| {Category} Converted by EOQ % | Ratio of {Category} as of Date $ to {Category} Converted by EOQ $. |
