Teams Module Overview
The Teams Module (previously Activity by Rep View in the Accounts Module) gives front-line managers insight into reps' activity trends with their accounts. To do this, the Teams Module uses activity data (meetings, emails) and CRM data.
Note: This feature is in beta testing and will be available to all users soon.
Like other Clari Modules, Teams has a grid in the center, filters at the top, and Insights toggles to the right:

Go to the Teams Module
In the top nav, click Inspect > Teams:

Select a View and Mode
At the top, you can select Saved View and Mode.
View: To filter the data with a View, click the Saved View menu in the top-left corner. You can scroll to choose a View or search for one. (Learn how to create Saved Views).
Mode: Change the Mode to the right of the Saved View menu.
In the example below, the Saved View, "Customer On-Boarding Activity" automatically opens Customer Mode (the menu to the right of the view).

Filter the Teams Module
Filters: Use Filters to narrow down by your Hierarchy or choose which specific users you want to see. In the example below, we filter by VP North America accounts.

Activity Settings: Use Activity Settings to choose the activity types you want to view.

Count: You can also select the Count setting to choose Accounts Engaged or Total Activities.
Total Activity shows activity data by type as totals in the top row and the counts for activity types by rep:

Accounts Engaged shows the total activity as percents across all accounts and for each rep's accounts:

Get More Data in the Grid
Once you have Teams filtered the way you like, you can see details of the filtered activities by hovering on the numbers:

To view the data as a chart, toggle Chart Mode on from the top right:

How To Use Teams Module Insights
When you double click on a rep (row) in the grid, you get more data in the Teams Insights Panel on the right.
From there, use the filters at the top of the panel to adjust the View (Heatmap or Line Chart) and Timeframe (Weekly or Monthly).
