Significant Changes to Role Hierarchy and/or Territory Hierarchy
Clari leverages the Role Hierarchy across all of the modules — therefore SFDC Role Hierarchy must be accurate and up-to-date
Examples include (but are not limited to):
|
- There are significant implications when you decide to transition to Territory Management in SFDC that will require additional work within Clari
-
Impacts on Analyze: Historical analysis in Pulse, Trend, Flow, Waterfall, and Funnel will be viewed according to the new hierarchy organization; the old hierarchy structure will not be saved in order to look at historical data
-
Note: There are solutions to correct the historicals based on the new territory hierarchy and structure. Our Support & CS team can help you understand the impact. There is expected downtime while changes are implemented and should be planned for accordingly.
-
If you have questions about this process and want to learn more, please open a support case and/or reach out to your CSM.
