Share Clari Insights with HubSpot Deal and Company records
Clari's integration with HubSpot allows you to view AI-powered deal and company insights from Clari directly in your HubSpot account. This integration requires a HubSpot-Salesforce Integration on the HubSpot account you intend to install the application. If you haven’t already connected Salesforce to your HubSpot account, then please follow the instructions HERE.
Authentication
The HubSpot integration requires authentication by both HubSpot and Clari.

Clari uses tokens to authenticate third-party requests. As part of the installation flow, once you give permission to Clari to share data with the Clari Insights app, you will see a new token (hubspot-mktp-token) in the Token Management portal. If you don't see the "API Token" tab under your Settings, then you may not have been given access, and should reach out to your CSM to gain access so you can complete this step.

HubSpot uses OAuth to connect the Clari Insights app to a user’s HubSpot account. In the OAuth flow, you will give the HubSpot account permission to share specified HubSpot data with the Clari Insights app.
Who can install the application?
Installation steps

As a Super Admin, log into the HubSpot account for which you’d like to install the application and find the application through HubSpot’s marketplace.

Press install from the app listing page and log into the Clari account thats been provisioned with the HubSpot integration functionality. Give permission to Clari to share data with the Clari Insights app.

Continue through to HubSpot’s OAuth flow and give permission to HubSpot to share data with the Clari Insights app.

Once you’ve completed the authentication steps & completed your installation, go to any Deal or Company record in HubSpot. Over on the right side of your screen you will see the Clari Insights card.
Uninstall an application

In your HubSpot account, click the Marketplace icon marketplace in the main navigation bar. Under Manage, select Connected apps.

To the right of the app you want to disconnect, click the More dropdown menu and select Disconnect.

In the dialog box, click Disconnect.

At this point your app will be uninstalled from HubSpot but Clari’s authentication will still be active. Remember to revoke your token, hubspot-mktp-token, via Clari’s token management portal.
FAQ
How long does my HubSpot integration token stay active in Clari?
Your authentication token generated to power the HubSpot integration will not expire. It will stay active until you go to your Token Management portal (accessible via account settings) and press Revoke.
How can I rotate my HubSpot integration token in Clari?
Rotating your token requires first revoking it via Token Management and then uninstalling and reinstalling the Clari application, starting from HubSpot.
