Accounts Widget Overview
The Accounts Widget allows you to bring a view of top engaged accounts and rep activity leaderboards into your Dashboards.
Accounts Chart Widget Use Cases
Use these widgets in Weekly 1-on-1 dashboards, where managers can see which accounts a rep has engaged with and coach them on their activity levels.
In QBRs, where reps can analyze how they prioritized their time between their accounts and understand how to spend their time more effectively in the future. And, if you have initiatives focused on specific account segments (i.e. ABM targets, verticals, etc.), use Accounts widgets to track activity levels side by side with pipeline data to help ensure that you're executing successfully with the accounts that matter.
Pin Accounts Charts to Dashboards
1. Make sure that you are viewing Accounts in Chart Mode. When pinning a chart, the following settings are applied from the Account Engagement Module:
- Activity by Account or Activity by Rep
- Scope / Hierarchy selection (if pinning to a private Dashboard)
- Time Period
- Filters
- Sorting order applied
Note: You can pin up to 2 Accounts Widgets to any Dashboard.
2. Select the Actions Drop-down.
3. Select Pin to Dashboard.

4. Select at most 3 activity types (i.e. meetings, emails, files) to include in the Accounts Widget from the checklist. After you have selected the maximum of 3 activities, other options will be grayed out.
Note: When pinning an Accounts Widget by account, if the user selects 3 activities, then account logos will not display in the widget. If the user selects 1-2 activities, then accounts logos will display in the widget.
5. Verify which signal (i.e. email sent, email received, file sent, or file received) the Accounts Widget will be sorted by. This is based on the signal that you sorted by in Chart Mode. Once pinned, the Accounts Widget cannot be changed or sorted by a different signal.

6. Name your Accounts Widget. The default name for your Accounts Widget will be formed using the following format: "Activity by [Account/Rep]: [Time Period]".

If you want to rename your Accounts Widget later, simply click the ellipsis icon in the upper right of the Widget, and select the "Rename Widget" option.

7. Select a Dashboard to pin the Accounts Widget to.

Note: If an Accounts Widget displays activity by account, then account logos will always show upon expanding details.
Note: If a user has access to a dashboard that has an Accounts widget but that user does not have access to the Accounts module, they will still see data in the widget. If they try to drill down to the module, they will see a message letting them know that they do not have access.
KPI Summary Widgets Overview
KPI widgets help round out the dashboard experience by letting teams track key summary metrics by territory, team, or rep. When creating KPI widgets, teams can set targets for each KPI. If a target is set, Clari will provide insights on attainment using a progress bar and color-coding.

KPI Summary Widget Use Cases
Show a Rep Scorecard tracking:
- Total meetings completed in the last 7 days (relative to a goal)
- Total number of accounts with open deals touched in the last 7 days (relative to a goal)
- Total number of meetings with whitespace accounts in the last 7 days (relative to a goal)
Show an Executive-level summary that tracks:
-
Average coverage of P1 accounts across a team/region by engagement type (had a meeting, outbound email, inbound email)
-
P1 Accounts with no meetings
-
Total P1 account whitespace across a team/region (P1 accounts with no open opportunity and no recent closed lost opportunity)
