Chorus Activity Signals in Clari

To bring Chorus activity signals into Clari, we leverage Chorus’s existing integration with Salesforce. We also have a blog post and a video if you’d like to learn more about just how excited we are to partner with Chorus!

As Chorus collects surfaces from sales calls, including who attended a call, whether competitors were mentioned, what topics were discussed, and more, Clari can display the data in the Insights Panel in real-time. You can even access the Chorus link to the call recording from the Insights Panel.

Once Chorus is installed in your Salesforce environment, reach out to your Clari CSM with a screenshot of one of your Chorus tasks from Salesforce to enable the integration.
