Clari Integration with Zoom Email and Calendar 

Clari’s integration with Zoom’s email and calendar (ZMail) automatically captures critical meeting and email activity data.

Your organization's Zoom Admin can connect Clari in Zoom's marketplace to enable ZMail. 

Connect Zoom and Clari 

An Admin or individual user can follow these steps to connect Clari and Zoom:

1. From Clari's web app, go to your name in the top right > Preferences

2. Find the Gmail tile and click Disconnect and confirm it in the pop up.

3. Find the Zoom tile and click Sign in with Zoom to Connect. Authenticate with your Zoom credentials.
4. Next, you'll grant permission for ZMail. Check Allow this app to use my shared access permissions. And click Allow at the bottom.

Now you will be redirected to Clari's web app. 

Enable Access to Zoom Activity Data

A Zoom Admin can follow these steps: 

1. Log into your Zoom account 

2. In the left Panel, click User Management > Select User > Edit

3. Assign the "Admin" role to the user and click Save

Connect Zoom and Clari for an Organization

A Clari Admin can grant the permissions needed for Clari to capture ZMail activity data for their organization.

1. From Clari's web app, go to Clari Studio > Integrations
2. Click Setup on the Zoom tile as shown below. Make sure Email Body and Calendar Body are toggled on, so Clari can capture activity data.

3. Select all 3 check boxes  and click Next.

4. Click Sign in with Zoom.

5. Log in with the same credentials, and then click Verify. 

6. Choose which group you want to grant ZMail activity permissions to (All users, Users & groups, Myself).

7. Check the box to send email notifications to the users you add. Then click Allow.

8. After the step above, your Team Linking for ZMail is complete. Your Integrations page should show Zoom with Team Linking enabled:

Remove Zoom ZMail from Clari

In case you want to remove the Clari app from your Zoom account, Admin can follow these steps:

1. Log into your Zoom Account and go to the Zoom Marketplace

2. Click Manage

3. Go to Added Apps or search for the "Clari for ZMail" app

4. Click Clari for ZMail app

5. Click Remove

Note: Removing Zoom ZMail will disconnect your users' inboxes. Clari can no longer retrieve their email and meeting data to power revenue critical workflows.
