Clari Notification Channels

You can choose where you want to receive Clari notifications.

Note: When you subscribe to any notification, you'll automatically be subscribed to the Web channel. You can choose which additional channels you would like to subscribe to (like email, mobile, or Slack) — more on this below.

Channel Preferences

1. Go to your profile (top right corner) > Preferences > Notifications (left).

2. Select where you want notifications: 

Note: Slack is only available as an option if an admin has connected Clari to your company's Slack workspace in Clari Studio > Integrations.

Let's cover the different channels and how to receive notifications in each.

Web Notifications

This is the default channel for all notifications so that you always get essential alerts in the web app. Notifications are visible within the notification inbox in the top navigation bar at the top right: 

Email Notifications

Enabling this channel, users will receive notifications in their email inbox. Depending on the use case the user has opted into, the notifications may be grouped differently as this is based on the subject line design

Opportunity notifications will be grouped by Opportunity Name so that all notifications for an opportunity should be grouped into a single thread in most email clients.

Mobile Notifications

Notifications on mobile clients is supported across iOS and Android. Users will receive push notifications as well as have access to the notification inbox in the Clari mobile apps. 

They'll appear on your lock screen like this:

Slack Notifications

You and your team can receive notifications from Clari within Slack.

Note: Admins must first connect Clari to their Slack workspace for users to be able to enable this channel.

Connecting Clari to Slack

1. Admins can go into Studio > Integrations. 

2. Scroll to the Notifications section of this page and click the Connect button on the Slack integration card.

3. Follow the steps in this flow to connect Clari and Slack.

Once admins connect Slack to Clari, then any Clari user can enable the Clari channel in Slack. See this Slack help article for more info on enabling Slack notifications.
