In this article, you will learn how to connect your Microsoft Outlook account (and other email providers) to Salesloft. This article includes:
- Determine which connection method is most suitable for your email account:
- Microsoft Office365 (Oauth)
- Microsoft EWS
- Another SMTP/IMAP server.
- For Office365 (Oauth), be aware that your Admin might need to configure some settings.
- If Microsoft EWS is not appearing in your list of available email clients, reach out to your team admin. They may need to contact your team's success manager to enable the feature.
- If connecting via SMTP/IMAP, have your server names and port numbers handy (you can get this from your IT department or hosting provider).
