How do I connect my Clari account to Salesforce?

If you haven’t created your Clari account yet, you’ll be prompted to connect your Salesforce in the account creation process. It’s helpful to already be logged into Salesforce in a separate tab in the same browser (and you’ll need to do this if you have SSO).

If you already have your Clari account and need to connect Salesforce, follow the instructions below:
 

1. Login to Clari, click Connect in the center of the screen.
2. Enter your Salesforce credentials.
3. Click Allow when Clari asks permission to connect.

Note: If you normally log in to Salesforce through SSO or you need to be on VPN to access Salesforce, follow these instructions: 
 

1. Log in to VPN and Salesforce.
2. In a new tab in the same browser window, log in to Clari, and click Connect in the center of your screen.
3. Click Allow when Clari asks permission to connect.
