If your Zoom settings require a password when scheduling new meetings, Salesloft will automatically generate a 10 symbol password for each meeting and include it to the invite. When you set up a video conferencing integration, you are connecting your video conferencing account to Salesloft. Only one account can be connected for each integration. Multiple users cannot connect the same account. You cannot use the same account for more than one team. For example, if you connect a Zoom account to your sandbox team, you will not be able to connect it to your production environment.

How Salesloft Prioritizes Video Conferencing When Multiple Providers Are Enabled
If your team has a video conferencing provider enabled (such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams) and you have Zoom connected and set as your default meeting location, Salesloft automatically prioritizes your personal Zoom setting. Your calendar invite will include a single Zoom link and the team-level provider will not generate an additional link.
If you have not set a personal location default, Salesloft uses your team's video conferencing provider instead.
This priority order applies to both in-app bookings and prospect-led bookings via your meeting form link. No setup is required on your end — Salesloft manages this automatically.
