Make Bulk Updates in Groove Actions
Bulk Manage Update Actions allows you to select, manage, and update actions in bulk.
Use Cases
-
Bulk Management: A sales user needs to skip a series of flow tasks for a client who has already responded. Instead of skipping each task one by one, they can select all relevant actions and choose "Skip step" in a single action.
-
Bulk Updating: A sales manager wants to reassign 20 one-off tasks from a team member who is on leave to another team member. The manager can select all 20 one off actions, choose "Assignee" from the bulk update dropdown, and reassign them.
-
Prioritization: A sales user receives a last-minute high-priority lead with several tasks. They need to reprioritize their existing tasks to make time for the new lead. They can select all relevant tasks, update their priority from high to medium, and then focus on the new, more urgent tasks.

Notes for Admin
- In Manage on Behalf of: If the Admin has the Bulk Manage turned on (and they select a user), they have the ability to bulk select actions on the actions table (Even if the user does not have the feature turned on on their profile). However, due to the fact that the current Actions Table does NOT yet support seeing the actions of the user being managed, Then they can select bulk options, but they cannot execute for their users.
- For "Log In As" - Even if the admin has the bulk manage feature turned on (and the user does not have it on). Then the admin cannot see the bulk manage selection options (2nd screenshot below). In this particular case the user would also need to have the Bulk Manage Feature on.
