Re Auto-Import Finished People into Groove Flows

The "Auto Reimport into Flow for Finished People" feature enables automatic re-import of users who have previously completed a Flow. Traditionally, the auto-import process prevents anyone who has ever been in the Flow from being re-imported, regardless of whether they've completed it. 

Use Cases

• Sales teams who want inbound leads that completed the Flow in the past to re-enter for new sales cycles.

• Marketing teams setting up nurture Flows that can re-engage finished participants automatically.

• Admins looking for a consistent, permission-controlled interface to manage automation settings at the Flow level.

User Set Up Instructions

1. Go to Flows and select an existing Flow or create a new one.

2. In Flow Settings, find the "Allow re-import of contacts" toggle.

• • Note: This setting is only editable if the Flow is editable and the user has "Edit Flow Automation" permission enabled in Manage My Org or Clari Studio (see image below). Only Admin can grant these permissions from Manage My Org or Clari Studio. 

  • If either condition is not met, the setting is greyed out, matching auto-import editability.

4. Enable if you wish to let finished participants be re-imported; disable to keep legacy exclusion.

5. Save and confirm changes.

User Flow

As long as an Admin has given you Flow edit rights, follow these steps: 

1. Go to Flows and create or edit an existing Flow.

2. Enable Auto-Import (see image below).

3. Locate and set the "Allow re-import of contacts" flag.

• • If enabled: Auto-Import includes finished participants (but never those in progress).

  • If disabled: Only users who never entered the Flow are eligible for auto-import.

5. Save.

6. On next auto-import, the system applies this rule per Flow.
