-
The following field types are supported:
-
Strings
-
Picklists
-
Dates
-
Booleans
Admin Setup
A Clari or Groove Admin can follow these steps to enable this feature for their org.
- Go to Manage My Org > My Org > Custom Fields in Salesforce.
- On the Custom Fields from Salesforce screen, make sure you’re on the Actions tab.

-
From the drop-down menus on this page, select up to 10 columns total between contacts and leads you’d like to appear in the Actions Table as columns and filters, and in the Omnibar as Actions filters.
-
Please note that when first added, these fields may take up to a day to sync and appear in the Actions Table and Omnibar, and are then updated every time Salesforce sync runs. This is typically every hour unless you have a specific configuration. So, updates in Omnibar or directly in Salesforce may not reflect in Actions for up to an hour.
Using Salesforce Filters in the Actions Table
- See this article for a general walkthrough of the Actions Table.
- To filter based on an SFDC column, select "Filter" as usual, then click the field you’d like to filter on. If the field is a multi select, choose your value and click apply:

3. Set a value for that field, and click “Save”:

4. Finally, click Apply. Your filter will Apply to the table. The filter icon will update with the total number of fields you’re currently filtering on:

In Omnibar
- Click the Play arrow at the top of the Omnibar to see your Actions Pane.

2. Click the filter icon. You can identify lead and contact fields by the icon next to them. Contact fields will have a person icon. Leads have ID card icons:

3. Click the field you’d like to filter on. Either choose your filter value from the drop-down menu, or follow the steps as you would in the web app above.
