Nooks and Groove Integration: Groove Calls in Nooks

Nooks is a power dialing solution that allows users to AI dial multiple prospects either in parallel or in sequence, and connects an SDR or other Sales Rep with those that answer or engage. This speeds up rep workflows and takes some of the tedium out of dialing.

The integration with Groove allows both Flow and One-Off Actions to be displayed in Nooks, where users can dial prospects. Nooks can then complete the action in Groove, advancing flows or completing and logging the action.

Use Cases

• Users can power dial out of Nooks based on Groove actions and Groove flow steps.

• Calls completed in Nooks are then logged via Groove. Flows will progress appropriately and actions will be completed.

User flow

There is no specific setup in Groove. You will parallel dial as usual in Nooks, with a couple of specific caveats:

1. Some calls in Nooks: Callbacks, dial pad calls, and calls made to prospects with multiple numbers on the same flow step will log directly to Salesforce.

2. Groove reporting may not always reflect the total number of calls made in Nooks. Nooks and Salesforce reporting will reflect the total number of calls made out of Nooks.
