Smart Prospecting Emails
Note: This feature is in beta. Everyone will have access soon!
Introducing Smart Prospecting Email in Groove Actions. With our new feature, you can:
- Eliminates Writer's Block: You can draft cold emails effortlessly as a representative.
- Automates Personalization: Removes the need for extensive research when personalizing emails to prospects.
- Scalable Value Propositions: This enables you to leverage your value propositions at scale, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Who can use this feature
Admin Set Up
Admin will need to:
Set Up Groove Roles and Hierarchy
Ensure the backend configuration for Groove roles and hierarchy is completed. Please feel free to contact your CSM to enable this feature.
Access Smart Prospecting Emails and Add Value Proposition
- Go to Manage My Org
- Find Flows and Actions in the left nav
- Scroll to the Smart Prospecting Emails section
Now let's add a value prop:
- Click + New Value Proposition.
- Enter a Title that is easily readable for sellers.
- Add a Description of at least 100 characters for quality email generation.
- Click Save.
- Share the value proposition with the appropriate sellers in your organization.
How To Use
Groove leverages web insights for the account or contact/lead you are emailing and combines them with the configured value propositions to craft the perfect first-touch email. Here is how to configure it:

Click the smart 🪄 icon in your Groove Actions compose window

(For users on Smart Follow-Ups) Select Email Intent: Ensure the intent you select is "Cold Email."

Select Content Type: You can select "Full Email" to generate an entire email with an introduction and body OR "Email Introduction" to generate only an opener to your email.

Select Value Proposition: You can select a Value Proposition that is available to generate your email.

Generate Email: Click "Generate," and the email body and subject line will be inserted into your Email Action.
