Copy Forecast Opt-Ins

This feature introduces an “Opt-In Copy” feature that allows admins and RevOps leaders to quickly and accurately transfer user opt-ins from one existing tab to another.

Use Cases

• As a RevOps leader, I want to create a new tab based on one I previously published. It’s for renewals forecasting, and I want to opt for the same users as the previous tab. I need a simple way to transfer users from one tab to the new one I’m creating.

• As a Clari Admin, I am duplicating a tab and don’t want users to see it just yet. But after I’ve completed the tab, I want to opt in the same users from the tab I duplicated from.

How To Use Forecast Opt-Ins

Clari Admin can use this feature. 

1. Go to Studio > User Management
2. Select the user you want to copy Forecast Opt-Ins for. Then click Actions (top right) > Copy Forecast Access.

3. Select which published tab you would like to copy opt-ins from. Then select which published tab you would like to copy opt-ins to.

Note: You can only copy from tabs that have at least one user who has opted in.

4. You'll see the total number of opt-ins being copied:

5. Once the copy process is complete, you'll see a success message in green at the bottom of Clari. 

Important Notes

1. Tabs in a draft state cannot use the copy opt-in workflow

2. Users cannot undo opt-ins. Once it’s completed, there is no going back

3. Users cannot copy opt-ins across multiple tabs

4. Users cannot copy opt-ins over to multiple tabs
