How to Request Changes to Your Forecasting Configuration

We strongly recommend leveraging your forecasting configuration export when you need Clari to make changes to your Forecasting setup.
 

Export your forecasting configuration details and follow the guidelines below to indicate what changes need to be made:
 

• Include a summary of requested changes
• Use Green to highlight additions
• Use Blue to highlight adjustments
• Use Red and strikethrough text to highlight deletions
• For significant or complex changes, please breakout the changes into phases.

Example:

1. Edit filters: Add stage = 3 to columns XYZ
2. Add column: Add Pipeline Coverage column to tab ABC
3. Rearrange columns to the following format
4. Rearrange tabs to the following format

 

To submit your request via our Support Portal, click Get Support > Submit a task
 

Populate the required information into your change request with as much detail as possible. Don’t forget to attach the export file that highlights the requested changes!
