Dynamic Partner Filtering (Partner Blocklisting)
Overview
Clari can maintain a dynamic partner domain list using a field value on a Salesforce account record. This field value is used to denote that the account, and all domains associated with the account including contacts on the account, are to be treated as partner domains.
Configuration
Once you have identified the field your organization uses to identify your partner accounts and which values identify partner accounts, work with your Customer Success Manager and they can help you get this configured in your instance.
As of today, we can leverage either the “Account Type” or “Record Type” field to identify partner accounts.
For Example:
Account Type = Partner, Partner: Prospective, Partner: Former, Customer/Partner, Prospect/Partner
This would dynamically mark all domains associated with these accounts as partner domains. And so, would filter out activity with those domains.
