How do I bulk update Team Linking for all active Sales Reps within my instance? Is there a fast/easy way to do this or should I reach out to Support for help? 

Must be Completed by a user with Advanced Ops Admin Permissions.

1.) Go to the User Management Console
2.) Add filter of "User Type" = Sales Rep
3.) Hit the "Select all" checkbox to check all users within your view
4.) Hit "Actions" -> "Update Team Linking" to update all selected users
