Setting up Team Linking with the Google Workspace Clari App

Overview

As part of our cohesive Revenue Operations platform, we offer many features and services that utilize email and calendar data. To leverage this data, we have a Google Workspace Marketplace app that facilitates the integration between Clari and your user’s mailboxes and calendars. 
 

Google Workplace App Integration

With the Clari Workspace App, Admins are able to install the app and then select the individual users that will utilize the app, thus setting the scope of users that Clari links with and indexes data from. The Clari app will leverage Google Workplace Organizational  Units to limit the scope of users that Clari connects with. With this, you have the ability to only install and enable the Clari App for only the users whose mailboxes you want connected, with the benefit of not expiring connections on credential changes or requiring your individual users to do any setup.

Please follow the steps in the attached guide to install the Clari Workspace app for your organization.
 

Organizational Units

As part of the app installation process, you will need to create an organizational unit for the users that you would like Clari to connect to, if your organization does not currently use one. Any user whose mailbox and calendar that you would like to be connected to Clari should be added to this organizational unit.

We recommend adding anyone to the Organizational Unit whose email and calendar data you would like to be leveraged by Clari. This generally includes sales reps any other customer-facing users that have Clari licenses, such as sales engineers or customer success managers.

Please consult with your sales ops team on who should be included.
