Exporting Data from Opportunities, Forecast, or User Management
Overview
Sometimes you need to get your data out of Clari to do offline analysis or share with a coworker. Clari currently offers exports from the Opportunities Module as well as the Forecast Module and (if you are an admin user) the User Management Admin Module.
In any of these modules, the option to export can be found in the Action Drop-down menu.
When you click Export, you will see a notification at the top center of Clari Web, stating that your file is being prepared.
As soon as your file is ready to download, you will see another notification at the top center of Clari Web. Click the Open link or open your notifications using the bell icon to go to the notifications menu where you can download your file.
The notifications menu is where you will find all of your exports when they are ready to download from any of the modules that allow export. Exports are stored and available to download for 7 days after the export is initiated.
The notifications menu shows how long until the file expires, and gives you the ability to re-download a previous export. You can clear any file from the notifications menu by clicking the X icon.
If there is an issue with your export, you will see a notification letting you know that the export failed. If the problem persists, please contact Clari support for assistance.
