Multiple Currency Support
Overview
In this article, we'll walk through how Clari's multi-currency support works, how to enable multiple-currency support, and the limitations of Clari's support for multiple currencies.
Multiple Currency Support
In Clari, aggregate amounts are always displayed in the org currency.
For opportunity currencies and individual line item currencies, Clari can display those amounts in either the opportunity currency, each individual user’s personal currency, or both.
By default, Clari shows the opportunity's currency — to convert individual opportunity amounts to the user’s personal currency, or to display both the user currency and the opportunity currency (when they differ), contact your Clari Customer Success Manager.

Enabling Multiple Currency Support
Enabling user-level currencies in Clari requires a change to your organization’s configuration. Changing your personal currency in Salesforce will not affect your opportunity currencies in Clari if your configuration has not been updated. Your Clari Admin should contact your Clari Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure you are properly configured.
Changing a User's Personal Currency in Salesforce
If user-level currency is enabled for your organization in Clari, then users can change their default currency in Salesforce in order to see opportunities in the currency of their choice.
Login to Salesforce and navigate to Salesforce Account, and select My Settings in the upper right-hand corner. Under your Personal > Language & Time Zone settings, you'll find a dropdown where you can select your personal currency. You can also find Salesforce's help article on selecting your personal currency here.

Limitations of Clari’s Multiple Currency Support
With multiple currency support enabled in Clari, only opportunity amounts will display your personal user currency. Change history will always be displayed in the opportunity currency in Salesforce, and filters/groups will always be displayed in your organization's corporate currency. Forecast values in Clari will always be displayed in USD.
Note: Groupings/filters will be displayed as the organization's currency and not the individual user's currency.
Example:
Let's say your Salesforce personal currency is set to EUR, and your org currency is USD. With multiple currency support enabled in Clari, you will see opportunity currencies in EUR in the Opportunity Grid and the Top Deals Widgets in Dashboards. In Forecast, however, you will see values in USD. This is so your entire organization is Forecast in a single currency.
