Alright, back to Salesforce Integration Settings. These settings determine how Clari Capture syncs with Salesforce.
Here's how this settings page looks in Clari:

Read on to learn more about each setting. 👍
1. Integration User
This is the user with access to the appropriate fields and objects. Make sure this user doesn’t have required fields that need to be updated in Salesforce when creating new contacts.
Reach out to your CSM to update this setting.
2. Checkbox Field For Tagging Contacts
This checkbox will be present on all Clari Capture contacts. This allows for easy sorting of the contacts created by Clari via Capture.
We suggest leaving it as Clari_Modified_Contact__c. Please consult your CSM before updating.
3. Date/Time Field For Tagging Contacts
This date will be present on all Clari Capture contacts and indicates the date/time the contact was created.
We suggest leaving it as Clari_Modified_Contact_Date__c. Please consult your CSM before updating.
4. Max API Calls Per Day
This is the maximum number of API Calls Clari Capture will make in a single day. When the limit is hit, syncing resumes where it left off at the next scheduled run.
We suggest leaving it at 50,000. Please consult your CSM before updating.
5. Batch Size
This is the number of Events or Tasks that will be written to Salesforce in one SFDC Bulk API call. We suggest leaving at 1,000. Please reach out to your Clari CSM to update.
6. Run Frequency
This is the time interval between two consecutive runs of Capture. We suggest leaving at 24 Hours. Please reach out to your Clari CSM to update.
