Setting Up Email and Meeting Body Capture

 

Overview

With Autocapture, you have the capability to capture email body and meeting body and write those details back to CRM. Clari can also display email body details in the Opportunity and Account Engagement modules.

By default, Clari does not index email or meeting body data. An Advanced Ops Admin must enable email and meeting body indexing in Clari Studio. 
 

Enabling Email/Meeting Body Indexing

Prerequisite: You must identify one Advanced Ops Admin user in Clari who will manage your email and meeting body indexing. 

After you have identified your admin, they will be able to enable email and meeting body indexing. 


1. Click Clari Studio in the top right corner.

 

2. Click Integrations.
 

 

3. Depending on your email provider, toggle email/meeting body indexing on.

 

4. To confirm your selections, click Enable in the pop-up.

 

Disabling Email/Meeting Body Indexing

To disable email and meeting body indexing, toggle email and meeting body indexing off. Then, confirm your actions.
