Aircall and Copilot Integration
Integrating Aircall with Copilot automatically brings in recordings to be transcribed, analyzed and made available for coaching. You’ll need to have recording enabled in Aircall already.
Note: Aircall is an account-level integration and can only be set up by an admin.
Note: To get started, you will need an API ID and API Token from Aircall. Think of them as a username and password for Copilot to securely access your recordings in the cloud.
-
In Aircall, go to your company’s Account page.
-
In the API Keys section, click on the + Add an API key button.
-
Copy and paste your new api_id and api_token somewhere safe, Aircall won’t show you the token again. Learn more about generating an API Key in Aircall.

Now, let’s move to Copilot and complete our setup.
-
In Copilot, go to Integrations
-
Scroll until you see Aircall and click Connect
-
Type in your API ID (api_id) and API Key (api_token)
- Hit the Sync Aircall button
Copilot will automatically download Aircall recordings from the past 30 days and start analyzing them for you. Copilot checks for new recordings in Aircall every 30 minutes.
